1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with RetailVitamin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from RetailVitamin. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to enter this agreement.

3. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer (DSHEA)

RetailVitamin sells dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994. Our products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a known medical condition.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including Supplement Facts panels and Certificates of Analysis. Formulations may change between production runs. Always review the current label and COA before purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. RetailVitamin is not responsible for carrier delays. Review our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery estimates.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content including text, images, and logos is the property of RetailVitamin and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with site operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetailVitamin and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RetailVitamin and its agents from any claim or damage, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The Last Updated date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
