Common Questions

How do I check my order status?

Email support@retailvitamin.com with your order number. Orders ship within 2–3 business days and you will receive a tracking link from the carrier once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes - unopened, undamaged items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

How do I get a Certificate of Analysis for my bottle?

The current lot COA is linked directly on each product page. If you need documentation for a different lot, email support with the product name and the lot number printed on your bottle.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Certificates of Analysis from third-party testing are available on each product page and linked by lot number.

Can your products treat or cure a condition?

No. Our supplements are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult your healthcare provider for any medical questions.

RetailVitamin support can help with product labels and documentation. Product questions should be reviewed with your qualified healthcare professional when they involve personal health needs.
